It has a totally equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel confortable and at home !
NOTES
:
Cross the road you have the beach (direct way), and in the back side you have many trains to Lisbon (15 min) or to Cascais (15 m) and to the Congress Centers(Estoril and Lisbon).
It has lift.
Linen and towels provided.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

The minimum rental time is 7 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)

Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 40 one time cleaning fee

DEPOSIT: 150 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
