It has a bright living room with TV, a room with a double bed wich is connected by a door to another room with a sofa bed, a large kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge,washing machine and everything one needs, with a table for 4. It has a toilet with a shower.

Second floor, no lift.
Linen and towels are provided.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
:
The minimum rental time is 4 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)

Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
We have a 40 one time cleaning fee

DEPOSIT: 100 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
