The apartment is nice and very clean. It has good quality. The staff is also nice and available. We were on holiday and we really enjoyied there. Barcelona is a beautiful town!

The apartment was really nice, very modern and with all equipments we needed. The location of the apartment is also very good, near to a supermarket and near to olympic habour, beach and many sightseeings. The people in the office are friendly and helpful. We had a great time in Barcelona, thank you. We were very peased with all.

I appreciate that I knew the apartment was on the 3rd floor but would like to comment that the entrance was very poorly maintained and it was not stated that the access was steep narrow stairs which were in very bad repair. These were difficult for my mother who is 67 yrs to climb, even though she is fit.

I would like to comment that the description was a living room. There was no living room only a small sofa and table in the kitchette. It was not as spacious as the pictures were very deceiving.

My further comments were

Cooking facilities were very basic.
Towels were grey, badly stained and worn, in fact looked like they had already been used!
Also arriving to not even find a square of toliet paper was the least I would have expected for the price we paid.

I would however use your company/siteagain, though not this particular apartment.
